Shipping & Returns



We ship worldwide from Florida via USPS.  Orders generally ship within 3 days excluding weekends and holidays. Rates are based on the total weight of your order and your shipping zone.  At checkout you can select from First Class, Priority or Priority Express.

 Please Note:  We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors, orders lost in the mail, mail theft, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, weather incidents or further Covid lockdowns/delays. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. 

 UK Customers: Please accept our sincere apologies but we can no longer ship to your country due to the complexities of the Brexit VAT regulations.

 International customers:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item so please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior. 


Because 100% of the sales proceeds from your purchase are allocated to the medical expenses and care of our senior dogs we do not accept returns for refunds.  However we want you to be happy with your purchase so you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. To return an item:

  • Complete the form enclosed with your order and indicate if you would like an exchange or store credit. If you're exchanging please indicate which item/size/etc you want in exchange for your return. If your exchange item has a higher value than the item you are returning please also complete the payment section of the form. If you don't have the form let us know and we'll email you one.

  • Exchange orders within the US ship free. 
  • Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item.
